Helping Hands For Immigrants’ Integration Inc. (HHFii) was founded in 1997 by a group of immigrants who came to the United States to pursue further studies. They used their experience to reach out to other immigrants, especially foreign students, to facilitate their speedy integration in American Society.
Outreach efforts were geared towards helping these students avoid and/or surmount the stumbling blocks they encountered on the way to the achievement of their goals.
This commitment to helping immigrants was formalized when the company was incorporated as a not-for-profit corporation in New York in February 2002. HHFii is a tax-exempt organization under the 501(c)(3) regulations of the IRS.
